I don’t know your full story. Maybe the weight feels impossible. Maybe something done to you, or something you regret. Maybe it’s a numb silence you can’t outrun. Whatever brought you here—please hear this: you are not alone—and you are deeply loved.

1. Surrender to Jesus, Our Savior

Surrender isn’t weakness in Christ—it is strength. It’s saying, “I can’t carry this, Jesus—please take it.” He isn’t distant. He weeps with you, died for you, and walks beside you even now.

“Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28

2. God Is Love—And He Already Paid the Price for You

Your worth isn’t earned—it was secured at the Cross. Rebuild life through small, love-filled acts:

  • Share a meal with someone.
  • Look at a person as if Jesus were seeing through your eyes.
  • Visit an elderly neighbor.
  • Read the Bible 30 minutes a day—just let it wash over you.

These aren’t chores. They are channels where healing love flows.

3. Speak Your Pain—Then Cry Out to Jesus

Write what hurts. Don’t filter it. Then pray aloud: “Jesus, have mercy on me and help me now.”

Do this daily. Read the Bible out loud—start Genesis 1. God called creation “very good.” That includes you.

4. Your Life Is Precious—Don’t Escape to Darkness

I’ve known the temptation to disappear. But Jesus didn’t craft you for erasure—He created you to live, love, and be loved. He is your soul’s faithful companion.

“I came so that they might have life and have it more abundantly.” — John 10:10

Spend 30 minutes a day with Him for 90 days. Change will come—gradually, but genuinely.

5. There Are Thousands of Testimonies—You Could Be One

People who barely understood the Bible still encountered transformation, because the Word is alive.

“Indeed, the word of God is living and effective…” — Hebrews 4:12

6. Talk to Someone—You Deserve to Be Heard

Reach a counselor, pastor, trusted friend. Not because you are broken beyond repair—but because healing grows in connection.

Daily Rhythm (90 Days):
  1. Write what you feel—no edits.
  2. Pray: “Jesus, have mercy on me and help me now.”
  3. Read Scripture aloud (start Genesis; move to Psalms & John).
  4. Do one act of love for someone.
  5. Go outside & breathe—God still sustains you.

Prayer

Jesus, hold the one reading this. Silence the voice of despair. Flood them with Your nearness, hope, and sustaining love. Surround them with help. Amen.
